Overview

Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information for Fixed Income and Derivatives Products.. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility.

Work includes: •Ensuring the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate •Building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and/or external partie.

What You’ll Do

Receive and send documentation to clients

Track and follow up on pending documents

Support clients in the use of digital signature solutions

File and organize contractual documentation

Handle and respond to audit circularization letters

Support the team in the management of contracts and operational documents

Assist with digital contract workflows and internal document controls

Skills You’ll Need

Intermediate English, with the ability to read and respond to emails and support routine communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong organization and attention to detail when handling documents and tracking pending items

Good communication skills and confidence interacting with internal stakeholders and clients

Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic team environment
