Job Description:
Responsibilities • Leverage market research and data-driven insights to understand talent landscapes, competitor strategies, and industry trends; provide strategic guidance to recruiters and hiring managers. • Design and execute innovative, proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent, including direct sourcing, networking, social media outreach, and talent mapping. • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Maintain accurate data in excel and provided recruiting tools. • Closely collaborate with the US Executive Recruiting team to understand needs and provide them with sourced candidates that meet those needs. • Mentor and support junior sourcing team members, promoting best practices and enhancing team capability. • Drive diversity-focused sourcing initiatives, ensuring inclusive talent pipelines and equitable hiring practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition, with a strong ability to translate market insights into effective sourcing strategies. • Proven experience in leadership and executive hiring. • Hands-on experience working with professional services clients or firms, with strong knowledge of the U.S. talent market. • Demonstrated expertise in market research and analysis, including talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and industry trends. • Proven track record of identifying and attracting top talent through creative and innovative sourcing techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. • Experience utilizing diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, professional networks, databases, and creative outreach methods. • Familiarity with Workday is preferred
