Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate should have strong planning, stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to timelines and business goals.

Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, QA, operations, and external stakeholders.

Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Manage project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.

Ensure quality standards and project governance processes are followed.

Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews (if Agile).

Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.

Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Experience using project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Monday.com).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving and decision-making capability.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.

3–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (preferred).

Preferred Experience

Experience managing software, IT, digital, operations, or business projects.

Exposure to SDLC and Agile delivery environments.

Experience working with distributed teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
