Inventory and Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator to support stock availability and inventory accuracy across our operations. Working closely with warehouse teams and suppliers, you will play a key role in managing deliveries, resolving discrepancies, and improving stock control processes.

Location: Baldoyle, Dublin

Salary: €35,000-€40,000 DOE

What you’ll do

Monitor supplier deliveries, follow up on delays, and keep delivery dates up to date

Investigate shortages and damages, raise supplier claims, and manage credits/replacements

Coordinate returns to suppliers, including authorisations, collections, and tracking

Carry out Goods In audits to ensure accuracy of quantities, bookings, and locations

Investigate stock discrepancies and support stock counts and inventory audits

Manage replenishment tasks and prioritise stock movements to support availability

Reconcile intercompany stock transfers and resolve any variances

Produce reports on supplier performance, stock accuracy, and delivery metrics

What we’re looking for

Experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a similar role

Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator with experience working with suppliers

Advanced Excel skills are a plus

You’ll be someone who takes ownership, works in a data-driven way, and is comfortable managing issues through to resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Success in this role will include

Maintaining high inventory accuracy (target 99%)

Resolving supplier discrepancies within agreed timelines

Ensuring timely processing of supplier returns

Improving visibility of supplier delivery performance (OTIF)
