The role

As Senior Manager, Engineering Experience & AI, you shape the platform engineering roadmap and lead the developer experience and AI agenda across Technology & Delivery. You drive measurable improvements in how engineering teams engage with platform capabilities, enabling faster, safer and more confident delivery.

Define and own the Platform Engineering roadmap, aligning engineering needs with strategic priorities

Establish and evolve developer experience strategy, improving tooling, environments and pipelines

Lead the AI platform strategy and embed AI across the software development lifecycle

Drive adoption of internal developer platform and self-service capabilities

Build and lead a high-performing Engineering Experience & AI team

Influence platform direction and outcomes across multiple engineering functions

About you

You are a senior technology leader with a strong track record in platform engineering or engineering enablement, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You influence outcomes across complex environments and bring a product mindset to engineering platforms.

Proven experience leading platform-as-a-product or developer experience functions

Strong understanding of internal developer platforms and experience measurement frameworks

Hands-on experience applying AI in software delivery environments

Background in complex or regulated environments, ideally financial services

Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority

Track record building and developing high-performing technical teams
