Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding debts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments from clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the financial services sector and contribute to the organisation's cash flow management. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with accounting software.

Duties

Daily Bank Receipt Reconciliation

Daily Reconciliation of Revenue recorded against Banking.

Checking and Raising Invoices

Managing Voucher booking

Customer/Guest Query

Debt Chasing

Customer accounts Reconciliation

Skills

Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable management

Strong analysis skills to interpret financial data and identify issues

Proficiency with accounting software and data entry systems

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for client interactions

Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and financial services industry practices

Ability to work independently whilst maintaining organisational efficiency

Good organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting
