Area Sales Manager – West Yorkshire

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to spearhead our growth across the West Yorkshire region. This isn't a "sit behind a desk" role—we need someone who loves building face-to-face relationships and has the grit to manage a thriving territory.
The Role
You will be the face of our brand across the West Yorkshire area, managing existing accounts and hunting for new opportunities. Your week is designed for maximum impact:
4 Days "On the Road": You’ll be out in the field, meeting clients and closing deals across the West Yorkshire region.
1 Day Office-Based: One day per week will be spent at our Middlesbrough office. This is your dedicated time to catch up on administration, manage emails, and sync with the internal team to prep for the following week.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Develop and execute a sales plan to exceed targets within the West Yorkshire region and designated outlying areas.
Relationship Building: Conduct high-quality site visits and presentations to key stakeholders.
Pipeline Growth: Proactively identify and convert new business leads while maintaining high retention rates for current clients.
Efficient Admin: Use your office day to maintain an accurate CRM and ensure all client follow-ups and documentation are handled promptly.
