Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
Utilise CRM and case management softwares to track matters, manage contacts, and monitor lead pipelines.
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services.
Coordinate submissions for industry awards and legal rankings (e.g. Legal 500).
Experience
Proven experience in business development within legal or other relevant industry.
Demonstrable success in generating new business leads and achieving targets.
Proficiency in CRM and case management softwares.
Strong understanding of negotiation skills, and client management.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A recognised qualification in law, business administration or related field is desirable but not essential. This role offers an engaging environment where proactive individuals can thrive by leveraging their skills in expansion strategy and relationship management to contribute significantly to organisational growth.
Pay: £46,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
