Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in cultivating and expanding relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring the long-term success of our organisation. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and acquire new key accounts whilst nurturing existing client relationships.

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and optimise account potential.

Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate detailed reports on account performance.

Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with organisational objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver tailored solutions for key clients.

Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reviews to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.

Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of client relationship management.

Excellent analysis skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.

Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and reporting.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
