Champion a data-driven, operations-first mindset using warehouse KPIs, system telemetry, and user feedback

Define and track KPIs such as order throughput, pick rates, dock-to-stock time, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment SLAs

Analyze product and operational performance data to drive prioritization and continuous optimization

Evaluate technical trade-offs across speed, cost, system complexity, and automation integration

Ensure alignment with enterprise standards for security, resiliency, and operational continuity in warehouse environments

Drive continuous improvement initiatives including legacy system modernization, automation enablement, and technical debt reduction
