Logistics Operations Specialist

Now we are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist in Brazil who will be responsible for liaising with logistics service providers and customs clearance, assisting KAMs with declarations (NCM codes), and preparing transportation documents.

Responsibilities

Consulting sales department on logistics and customs matters

Assistance with logistics and customs cost calculations

NCM codes classification

Preparation of documents for importing goods into Brazil from other countries

Negotiating contracts with carriers, forwarders, customs brokers and etc.

Requirements

Over 3 years of experience in logistics and/or customs brokers service companies on the same position

Knowledge of NCM codes classification

Experience with AI, MS Office namely with Excel and Macros

Good communication skills

Fluent English
