About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Lead in guiding and motivating the team to ensure timely and accurate issuance of bills and policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision.

Drive operational changes to improve the efficiency and controls of Group Business billing and policy admin by working with various parties from office to the back office, which include Corporate Solutions - Sales & Marketing, Corporate Solutions – Operations teams and OSS teams, with the objective to support onboarding process for new businesses and renewals at the same time improve the billing’s turnaround time.

Responsibilities:

Review, issuance and delivery of Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills.

Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively

Track and monitor new business and policy renewal to ensure that information is received in a timely manner by working closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing.

Set up and review new business/ renewal policies in core system

Ensure high billing accuracy with due diligence check

Participate in projects that involves improvement of operations efficiency, which could include User Acceptance Testing.

Ensure service level commitments are met.

Maintain awareness on regulatory compliance risks

Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, intermediaries and colleagues

Communicate with intermediaries or clients via conference calls where required (Top producers/ complex accounts, etc)

Attend to email enquiries promptly

Any other projects assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma holder with minimum 2 years operations experience in insurance industry

Fast and Meticulous

Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills

Relationship management skills

Process oriented
