This is a data-focused operational support role within the Boning Hall and Abattoir departments. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the operation understand and improve its performance through accurate data and reporting.
What to expect in the job?
Collect and validate operational production data, ensuring accuracy across reporting systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports covering production performance, yield, throughput, labour efficiency, rework, and waste.
Maintain and update reporting tools, including spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards.
Working closely with supervisors and management to monitor Work Orders and production results.
Analyse production variances, downtime, rework, and operational losses to identify trends and issues.
Produce reports, charts, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and management and support operational meetings when required.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (approximately)
Note: This factory is located in an area that is not easily accessible by public transport.
Requirements
What we need from you?
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Basic to good skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to organise, analyse, and present data effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to question and validate data when inconsistencies arise
Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or administrative environments is advantageous
Qualification in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field is desirable
Portuguese/Polish speaking is advantageous but not required.
