you will be responsible for expanding our frozen ready to cook meat products in retail market , managing retail distribution networks to reach 1500 outlets in next 3 months and driving volume growth with micro management of secondary sales.. - No horeca products and no modern trade business please
Who Should Apply?
Candidates with extensive, proven experience in the frozen meat distribution channel, and ready to start immediatly on appointment may apply.
professionals with a strong general trade/distribution background who possess the strategic capability and network to independently appoint and establish a frozen distribution infrastructure from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Appoint, manage, and scale a robust network of 15 distributors and 1500 retail partners.
Drive secondary and primary sales targets within the assigned territory, meeting minimum 20 retailers every day
identify new growth pockets & ensure daily flyers activity.
Ensure product availability, optimal visibility, and efficient supply chain coordination at the local level.
submit daily reports on daily basis
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Deep expertise in cold chain logistics, frozen foods, or relevant frozen FMCG channels is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, network building, and territory management skills.
Age Limit: Age no bar for the right candidate with proven capability.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
