About the role
2–3 years of experience in hiring for DSA (Direct Selling Agent) profiles is mandatory.
Proven track record in bulk hiring with a strong offer-to-join ratio.
Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and ensure adherence to recruitment processes and organizational standards.
Experience working as an Individual Contributor and independently managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the Noida office.
Skilled in negotiating candidate compensation and coordinating with staffing/subcontracting partners to successfully close positions.
Own and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while supporting overall office operations and administration.
