Assistant Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting operations, GST compliance, invoice processing, and account reconciliation. The role requires proficiency in Tally or other accounting software and a good understanding of basic taxation principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare, verify, and process invoices, payments, and receipts.

Assist with GST filing, compliance, and related documentation.

Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.

Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.

Working knowledge of GST, bookkeeping, and basic taxation.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
