About the role
Role: Business Development Manager - Client Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities within the Australian IT market
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting through to closure)
Sell IT Services, Professional Services, IT contract staffing, permanent hiring, and managed services solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams
Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Consultancy, IT Services, Professional Services, or IT Staffing Business Development
Proven track record of selling IT Services and Professional Services in the Australian market
Experience working with Australia-based clientsStrong understanding of Australian hiring models and in-demand IT skill sets (Cloud, Data, DevOps, ERP, etc.)
Experience managing RFPs, enterprise proposals, and commercial negotiations
Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management

Pay: $65,718.49 – $130,000.03 per year
