What can you expect

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich. You will own our social media presence and help us build meaningful partnerships with brands and influencers.

Plan, create and publish content across Instagram and other relevant channels

Manage community interactions — responding to comments, DMs, and fostering genuine engagement

Develop a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns and seasonal moments

Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable content improvements

Maintain and develop the brand voice across all platforms

Identify and approach creators whose aesthetic and values align with the Motel a Miio brand

Execute campaigns, collaborations and influencers partnerships end to end

Your profile

French is your native language and you have a natural feel for words, culture and community

You are fluent in and enjoy working in an international environment, German language skills are a plus

You are based in Munich and excited to be part of a growing lifestyle brand

You have gained at least 2 years of experience in Social Media, Marketing, Influencer Marketing or a similar creative field

Instagram and TikTok are platforms you genuinely enjoy and understand beyond trends and algorithms

Nice to have

Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom or similar)

You thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment, take ownership of your work, and enjoy getting things done hands-on
