We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Hotel Services Supervisor to join our team at The Wilmslow Hospital—a role perfectly suited to someone passionate about delivering five-star service and an outstanding patient experience.

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with the Hotel Services Manager, stepping in when needed and playing a pivotal role in ensuring our services consistently exceed expectations.

What you'll do:

Deputise for the Hotel Services Manager, managing teams and HR processes

Manage and have responsibility for Hotel Services budgets

Ensure the use of corporate contracts working with external contractors to ensure smooth running of the site

Facilitate professional and personal development of managers and supervisors

Facilitate professional and personal development of the team

Support with audits, inspections and executive rounding’s across Hotel Services

Manage patient satisfaction results for the hospital, setting up action plans with relevant stakeholders

What you'll bring:

Management and leadership skills within a similar role is essential

Experience of working in a 5* environment

Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures

Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Good time management with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines

Excellent organisational skills
