Job Title: Projects Coordinator and Customer Support

Job Summary:

The role involves coordinating with clients to finalize specifications, preparing quotations, tracking project progress, managing change requests, and providing regular project updates. Role will act as a key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely project delivery.

Job Description

· Coordinate with Sales team in preparation of quotations.

· Preparation of mood boards, Sharing the specifications with the customers.

· Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate the projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.

· Plan and monitor progress against established schedules.

· Changes and additions to the agreed projects coordination with Design Team, Sales Team and Plant Teams.

· Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients. Reporting on the project's progress.

· Overseeing projects and helping to mitigate issues and challenges

· Managing relationships with internal and external Employees. Updating and maintaining project records and documentation.

· Distributing project documentation.

Skills Required:

· Should able to understand AutoCAD drawings.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or Post graduate in Engineering (Mech/Civil/EEE), or a related field.

· Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

· Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
