About the role
Job responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all digital platforms.
Job requirements:
Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
