The Role You Could Play

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Flagship Manager to join the leadership team in our fabulous George Street store, on a Secondment contract until January, 2027.

As we continue to grow and evolve our Flagship concept, we are looking to add a senior retail leader to our Flagship team.

This is a newly created role, focused on supporting a team of over 250 in creating an ‘only-at-MECCA’ experience through product, services, brand activations and education moments that make our customers look, feel and be their best. Reporting directly into our Flagship Manager, this person will play a critical role in:

Driving exceptional customer experience across all areas of the store, which is reflected in our NPS results and store targets

Identifying areas of opportunity and creating impactful action plans that encourage a culture of continuous improvement

Building a highly engaged and highly educated team that thrive in a busy retail environment

Ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy by supporting the end-to-end operational execution

Understanding the key performance indicators that drive commercial results, ensuring the team are working toward this every day

Partnering with a variety of stakeholders to influence decisions and create meaningful change that has a positive impact on team and customer
