Senior Quality Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The role will be responsible for leading testing activities across SailPoint and NetIQ platforms, developing automation solutions, maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery of IAM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing activities for IAM solutions, including SailPoint and NetIQ.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and Python.

Maintain and support Azure DevOps pipelines, test execution, and reporting.

Perform defect analysis, debugging, root cause identification, and validation of fixes.

Conduct co-existence and integration testing across impacted systems and workflows.

Validate provisioning processes, access governance controls, and system integrations.

Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders within an Agile delivery environment.

Contribute to effort estimation, test planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Quality Engineer/Test Automation Engineer in enterprise environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation.

Proficiency in Java and/or Python for test development.

Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test management.

Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills

Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms such as SailPoint and NetIQ.

Basic knowledge of CyberArk, Active Directory (AD), and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

Understanding of access provisioning, governance, and identity lifecycle processes.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in large-scale enterprise IAM environments.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Pay: From $130,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
