George Majo Automobiles is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our NEXA team. This role is ideal for professionals who are enthusiastic about developing talent, driving sales excellence, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging sales training programs for NEXA sales consultants.

Coach and mentor teams to enhance product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.

Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions to ensure consistent performance.

Monitor training effectiveness and support achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to improve team capabilities.

Ensure adherence to NEXA standards, processes, and customer experience guidelines.

Collaborate with sales managers to drive productivity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

3+ years of experience in sales training, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.

Ability to motivate teams and foster a high-performance culture.

Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
