About the Opportunity

Join a leading global technology organization driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives for enterprise healthcare platforms. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect who can lead end-to-end application architecture, design scalable solutions, and provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, cloud, APIs, and data layers.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end application architecture across UI, Backend, APIs, Data, Security, and Cloud platforms.

Design scalable, secure, highly available, and performance-driven enterprise applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical governance activities.

Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.

Drive modernization initiatives including microservices adoption, API-first architecture, and cloud-native development.

Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, security requirements, and enterprise architecture principles.

Participate in estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and delivery management.

10+ years of overall software development experience.

Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Full Stack Architect.

Strong expertise in both frontend and backend architecture.

Ability to influence technical decisions and drive architecture strategy.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
