About the Role

This role oversees a team of QA Analysts and establishes standardized testing practices, governance, and quality controls across the project lifecycle. The Quality Assurance Manager operates as a key partner to the Portfolio Manager (prioritization and risk visibility) and Business Systems Analysis Manager (requirements quality and traceability) to ensure solutions meet defined business needs and are production ready.

esLead and manage a team of QA Analysts, including resource allocation, performance management, and capability developmen

t.Allocate QA resources strategically across the project portfolio to match capacity to demand and ris

k.Build team capability in testing methodologies, automation, and SDLC quality practices through coaching and training program

s.Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the QA tea

m.Establish and enforce QA standards, methodologies, and tools, including test strategy, test planning, test execution, defect management, and reportin

g.Oversee the design, execution, and reporting of test plans, test cases, and QA activities across all EPMO-managed project

s.Manage standardized QA processes for functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT

).Review and approve QA deliverables including test strategies, defect reports, and quality scorecards for executive-level audience

s.Validate requirements traceability, confirming that all delivered functionality meets defined business and functional requirement

s.Ensure defects are properly tracked, prioritized, and resolved in accordance with project timelines and risk tolerance

Qualificat

ionsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related fi

eld.6+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a manager or team lead capac

ity.Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, testing lifecycles, and defect management practi

ces.Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., Sarbanes Oxley – SOX, NIST) relevant to quality managem

ent.ISTQB Advanced Level or similar professional certificat

ion.Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Azure Test Plans, Tos

ca).Ability to drive quality discipline across multiple concurrent initiati
