YOUR TASKS

Lead and manage all program activities for assigned product groups, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality targets.

Take full responsibility for profit & loss (P&L) and drive profitability of the product portfolio.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations, quality) across the full product lifecycle.

Drive project acquisition together with sales and ensure successful execution from award to SOP and beyond.

Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives.

Ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and reliable program delivery.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

+5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Proven experience managing complex programs with responsibility for cost, timing, and quality.

Strong financial acumen, including experience with profit & loss (P&L) management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills in cross-functional and international environments.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage).
