About the role

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive execution and delivery for a platform-based product ecosystem. This is a hands-on execution role focused on managing backlog, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery during a critical transition period.

Role and Responsibilities

Own product backlog, prioritisation, and sprint execution

Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories

Drive end-to-end delivery (planning ? build ? release ? adoption)

Manage cross-team dependencies across platform/services

Act as primary stakeholder interface (business + engineering)

Provide clear status updates, risk visibility, and escalation management

Support roadmap planning and quarterly delivery cycles

Track product performance and adoption metrics

Pay: ₹770,636.84 - ₹2,288,246.46 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
