About the role
As an Associate Product Manager for ZoopSign, you will help shape and scale Zoop’s digital contract execution platform, focused on eSignatures and eStamping workflows. You will be at the forefront of optimizing how legal documents are executed at scale, building intuitive features, writing clear product specs, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is tech-savvy, street-smart, and proactive in using AI tools to automate internal operations and streamline user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
Drive key initiatives across ZoopSign’s product modules: eSign & eStamp
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver on roadmap priorities and product releases.
Process Optimization & Automation
Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and reduce manual dependencies across product ops and customer onboarding.
Identify process gaps in contract execution, stamping procurement, and digital signing journeys—propose and implement scalable solutions.
Documentation & Product Development
Write detailed PRDs, requirement specs, and user stories.
Ensure clarity in technical handovers and QA coverage for all edge cases.
Cross-Functional Program Management
Coordinate with Legal, Ops, Vendor Managers, Engineering, Sales, and QA teams to ship features and resolve real-world frictions in stamping and signing flows.
User Experience & Metrics
Work with teams to deliver seamless signer, admin, and dashboard experiences.
Define and track success metrics such as TAT, drop-off rates, conversion funnels, and automation coverage.
Qualifications
12 months of product experience in SaaS, legal-tech, fintech, or workflow-heavy platforms.
Strong written communication and structured problem-solving.
Proficiency in AI productivity tools, basic scripting/automation, and familiarity with APIs or SDKs.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking initiative to drive clarity.
Bonus: Experience in contract automation, eSign platforms, or government-tech integrations.
Qualification in CSE, IT, AI, ML, etc.
Experience with analytics tool is a plus
Preferred Skills
Ability to automate internal processes using AI based tools
Hands-on comfort with testing APIs, SDK flows, and low-code tools.
Strong business acumen with a bias for execution and impact over process.
Industry or relevant background experience of digital contracts or stamping ecosystem

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
