Salary: 160k base + bonuses (220K+ OTE)

Your New Role
As Director, Inside Sales – Canada, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the inside sales function across the Canadian business. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and market share expansion across a large partner ecosystem.
You will lead a team of inside sales and support managers, overseeing outbound sales execution, customer engagement, and performance management across multiple segments including SMB, mid-market, NSP, and consumer.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving revenue, margin, and product mix performance while owning key P&L levers
Leading segmentation and coverage models across diverse customer segments
Managing productivity metrics including outbound activity, utilization, profit per FTE, and pipeline performance
Establishing a disciplined approach to CRM pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution
Leading go-to-market strategies to increase market share across 4,000+ Canadian partners
Acting as a senior cross-functional leader across sales, marketing, operations, and vendor teams
Driving operational improvements, including systems, tools, and process enhancements (including AI-enabled solutions)
Ensuring best-in-class customer SLAs and support experience
Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
Serving as a “chief coach” aligned to a people-first development philosophy, mentoring and growing talent across the organization
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong blend of sales leadership, operational rigor, and industry experience:
5+ years of leadership experience managing inside sales or sales support teams
Experience within technology distribution, VAR, MSP, telecom, or adjacent ecosystems
Proven track record of managing large teams and driving performance against revenue and margin targets
Strong understanding of CRM-driven sales environments, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
Experience influencing product mix, portfolio strategy, and overall P&L outcomes
Demonstrated ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies
Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging performance data to drive improvements
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, vendor, and operations teams
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exposure to Pro AV, digital signage, telecom, or MSP business units is considered a strong asset.
