Job Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Quality Engineering teams across multiple projects and initiatives

Drive automation-first testing practices using Provar for Salesforce platforms

Define and implement QE strategies aligned with Agile and CI/CD delivery models

Oversee test planning, automation coverage, regression strategy, and release readiness

Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams during backlog refinement and sprint planning

Establish and improve QE governance, standards, and best practices

Support modernization initiatives including shift-left testing and SDLC/PDLC process improvements

Ensure proper requirements traceability and defect management practices

Participate in hiring, mentoring, and performance management of QE team members

Partner with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

Provide delivery metrics, defect analytics, and executive-level reporting

Support regulated/GxP validation processes where applicable
