Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted business advisor, drive the People Strategy and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
Plan and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
Partner with business leaders on talent management, including coaching and consultation, project evaluations, performance reviews, talent review meetings and upward feedback
Oversee key people processes and HR transactions such as onboarding, exits, performance management, compensation and bonus administration, flexible work arrangements, workers’ compensation claims, immigration matters and efforts related to the employee experience
Understand the talent ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle and craft integrated HR solutions that are reinforced by upstream and downstream talent programs develop strategic plans
Analyze HR data and generate actionable insights through dashboards and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI to support strategic workforce decisions.
Monitor the pulse of employees with a “hands-on” approach, to ensure a high level of employee engagement
Collaborate cross functionally and support projects, within and outside of the people team to enhance employee centered capabilities, processes and policies
Bias for action, strong work ethic and ability to actively listen
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s in human resources preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Business partnering and working in a cross functional role, in a professional services firm or a high-paced industry. SHRM certification preferred.
Sound understanding of the talent lifecycle.
Good understanding of business models and services lines for the assigned organization.
Excellent time management, organizational skills; Relentless drive to find and hire top talent
Sound knowledge of HR practices, practices and keeping up to date with trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to network, solve problems and apply sound judgement especially in case of sensitive people matters
Ability to travel for work.
