About the role
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end requirement discovery with providers, payers, HIEs, and internal teams, translating complex healthcare workflows into clear, traceable BRDs/PRDs, user stories, and signed-off specifications while proactively identifying gaps and dependencies.
Analyze and document end-to-end patient, provider, and payer workflows while building HIPAA-compliant, interoperability-driven healthcare solutions using FHIR resources and HL7/CCDA standards.
Serve as the central liaison between clients, engineering, QA, and design teams to assess feasibility, align technical solutions with healthcare workflows, and proactively mitigate risks around compliance, scalability, and data accuracy.
Provide end-to-end healthcare pre-sales support by understanding client needs, shaping solutions, defining scope and estimates, and confidently presenting proposals to clients and leadership
Lead and mentor junior BAs while ensuring high-quality deliverables by driving best practices in documentation, requirement analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Required Healthcare Expertise:
Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including patients, providers, health plans (payers), Health Information Exchanges (HIE), and EHR/EMR systems.
Hands-on experience with FHIR standards and a strong conceptual understanding of HL7 / CCDA interoperability frameworks.
Solid knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare compliance

Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
Comfort working in ambiguity and evolving requirements
Strong documentation discipline

Willingness to work from office every day and flexible with shifts based on project needs
Tools & Technical Exposure:
Jira, Confluence (or similar ALM tools)
Process modeling tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io).
API-based system understanding
MS Office / Google Workspace.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,318,128.54 - ₹1,491,619.20 per year
