Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric experiences across multiple SaaS products. You will create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems that ensure consistency across all products.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Figma, user experience design, design systems, and developer collaboration, while maintaining a deep understanding of usability and modern design principles.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Design & User Experience

Create wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and interactive prototypes for new features and products.

Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.

Define user flows and information architecture before development begins.

Ensure seamless user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.

Design System Management

Build, maintain, and evolve a centralized Design System used across multiple products.

Create reusable components, typography standards, color systems, icon libraries, spacing guidelines, and UI patterns.

Ensure consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.

Continuously improve design standards and establish best practices for the organization.

Figma Design & Prototyping

Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate workflows and user interactions.

Utilize Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Tokens, and Dev Mode effectively.

Maintain clean, structured, and developer-friendly Figma files.

Developer Collaboration & Design Handoff

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Provide clear design specifications, annotations, measurements, and style guidelines.

Review developed screens and validate them against approved Figma designs.

Ensure smooth and efficient design-to-development handoff processes.

User Research & Continuous Improvement

Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product usability and engagement.

Participate in usability testing and user validation exercises.

Identify UX issues and recommend improvements based on user behavior and business objectives.

Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Participate in product planning, requirement discussions, and sprint activities.

Advocate for user-centered design principles in all product decisions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design for SaaS products, web applications, or digital platforms.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, design systems, and product design projects.

Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and methodologies.

Expertise in Information Architecture and User Flow Mapping.

Experience designing responsive web applications and SaaS platforms.

Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, spacing, and layout.

Ability to create developer-ready design documentation and handoff assets.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum product development environments.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation.

Understanding of analytics tools and user behavior tracking platforms.

Experience collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.
