About the Team
We work in collaborative, cross-functional squads made up of a Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Development Lead, Developers, and Quality Engineers. This structure promotes strong communication, shared ownership, and faster delivery by aligning everyone on common goals and tasks.
About the Role
This is a position in Quality Assurance responsible for developing and executing performance and automation tests. This position plans and executes effective and efficient performance and automation testing to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data
Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end testing activities across projects, ensuring product quality and reliability.
Analyze requirements, prepare test plans and test cases, execute tests, and report defects.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for both UI and API testing.
Automate testing processes using programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
Create and execute database validation tests, including writing and running SQL queries.
Integrate testing frameworks and suites into CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions and DevOps tools.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA team members to complete testing deliverables.
Analyze test results, provide feedback, recommend improvements, and support issue resolution to meet quality and delivery goals.
Requirement:
5+ years of experience in software testing across both frontend and backend applications.
5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, preferably using Playwright and TypeScript.
5+ years of experience in API test automation and validation.
Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks.
Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration practices.
Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
Strong database testing skills, including writing and executing SQL queries.
Experience using AI-powered development and testing tools such as GitHub Copilot.
