Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 technical and application support to customers
Analyze, write, and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reports, and issue resolution
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database-related issues
Monitor system performance and ensure application uptime
Log, track, and manage support tickets within defined SLAs
Coordinate with Development and QA teams for issue escalation and fixes
Support UAT, production releases, and post-deployment activities
Maintain clear documentation of issues, root causes, and resolutions
Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely updates and solutions
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in SQL
Strong understanding of databases and application support processes
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
