Trade Marketing Coordinator

About this Position

Responsible for driving excellence in the execution of global innovations and in-store initiatives. This role ensures effective collaboration with marketing, product, and trade teams to implement sales strategies, enhance brand visibility, and optimize in-store execution aligned with business objectives.

What you´ll do

Lead the execution of global innovation rollouts, ensuring high-quality and consistent implementation across markets.

Collaborate with Trade Marketing Heads and marketing teams on planning, budgeting, production, and execution of all in-store activities.

Partner with Product Managers and Marketing teams to execute sales promotions and product communication strategies effectively.

Develop and implement trade programs aligned with overall sales strategies and business goals.

Coordinate and monitor execution of sales-related activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Collect, analyze, and interpret market and performance data to identify opportunities and optimize initiatives.

Support Trade Marketing teams in executing activities and achieving sales targets and budget objectives.

Ensure that product benefits, brand values, and brand equity are consistently and accurately communicated across all touchpoints.

What makes you a good fit

Experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Sales Activation.

Proven track record managing in-store execution and promotional activities.

Exposure to global or regional marketing strategies is a plus.
