How you’ll make an impact
Define project scope, timelines, and financial plans
Manage project execution within approved budgets and schedules
Lead cross-functional teams across multiple functions and locations
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as escalation point for risks
Drive effective communication through reports, meetings, and updates
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and ITM processes
Coach and guide project teams to achieve objectives
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, operations, or continuous improvement
Experience managing capital or construction-related projects
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluent communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset
