Job Responsibilities:

Responsable de liderar y asegurar la excelencia en el servicio al cliente para las marcas Honda, Toyota, Ford y Nissan, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente, la estandarización de procesos y el cumplimiento de indicadores de calidad y atención.

Responsabilidades principales:

Supervisar la operación del área de Customer Service para múltiples marcas automotrices

Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los estándares de servicio según cada OEM (Honda, Toyota, Ford, Nissan)

Monitorear y mejorar los indicadores de satisfacción del cliente (CSI, NPS, entre otros)

Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo de servicio (coordinadores, asesores, etc.)

Atender y resolver casos críticos o escalaciones de clientes

Implementar mejoras continuas en procesos de atención

Coordinarse con áreas de postventa, garantías y operaciones

Generar reportes ejecutivos de desempeño

Perfil:

Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería o afín

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en servicio al cliente automotriz

Experiencia manejando múltiples marcas (idealmente Honda, Toyota, Ford y Nissan)

Conocimiento en indicadores de satisfacción

Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y enfoque a resultados

Inglés avanzado
