Estimator for Landscaping Company - Visa TN

Great job opportunity in the United States with a TN visa

Responsible for the following job duties:

Represent the company as a knowledgeable and professional industry expert.

Review and analyze plans, specifications, and other bid-related documents.

Communicate qualifications and clarifications throughout the bidding process.

Manage bid communications, including change orders, revisions, and value engineering (VE) requests.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, management, and the sales team.

Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Organize bid documents for pre-construction meetings with the operations team.

Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure site furnishings and materials are ordered and delivered according to project schedules.

Meet with clients to review and explain project proposals and bids.

Serve as a liaison between project superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and general contractors.

Requirements:

Professional degree and license in a related field

Valid Mexican passport (with at least 18 months remaining)

Advanced English

Previous experience in similar positions
