About the Roles

We are seeking a Sales Manager (Beauty & Aesthetic) to join our team in the Central Region, offering a permanent role with a 5-day work week and flexible off days (8 per month). Working hours are 10am-8pm on weekdays and 10am-7pm on weekends. The position provides a competitive salary package including basic pay, commission, and performance bonuses, starting from $6,000 gross. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about beauty and wellness.

What You’ll Be Doing

Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

Offer personalized beauty advice and consultations to meet client needs.

Lead and mentor consultants and therapists to ensure high-quality treatments.

Oversee daily branch operations, including staff management, sales targets, and promotions.

Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Foster teamwork and maintain clear communication to support a positive workplace culture.

Achieve sales objectives and contribute to monthly branch targets.

Participate in marketing initiatives and campaigns organized by HQ.

Ensure treatment and consultation rooms are clean, organized, and customer-ready.

Continuously review and enhance work processes for operational efficiency.

Represent the branch and brand professionally and positively.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the beauty and wellness industry with a proven sales record.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay self-motivated.

Sales-oriented, service-focused, and genuinely interested in the beauty sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Capable of guiding, motivating, and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Demonstrated passion for the beauty and service industry.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Experience:

beauty and wellness sales: 3 years (Preferred)

overseeing team, drives revenue and sets KPI: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

permanent working rights with no restrictions in singapore (Preferred)
