About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator (Talent Acquisition) to support the APAC Talent Acquisition team on a 6‑month contract. This role will provide end‑to‑end recruitment coordination and administrative support, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and locations
Manage candidate communications (interview invitations, confirmations, follow‑ups)
Support job posting activities across internal and external platforms
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with offer preparation, reference checks, and pre‑employment documentation
Any other tasks assigned
Recruitment Administration & Reporting
Track recruitment status and provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers
Prepare basic recruitment reports and dashboards (e.g. interview activity, hiring status)
Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies
Team & Candidate Experience
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support daily coordination
Ensure communications are timely and professional
Qualifications:
To be successful for this position, you shall possess:
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment administration, or TA support
Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with ATS and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines
Proactive, service‑oriented, and team‑focused mindset
