Admin Cum Account Executive (3blKtv)

About the Roles

We are looking for an Admin cum Account Executive to join our team in Bedok. This is a permanent role with a Monday to Friday schedule, 9.00am – 6.00pm, offering a competitive basic salary of up to $3,000 plus variable bonus. The role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic storage solutions environment, handling a mix of administrative, accounting, and HR responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily office operations, including managing correspondence, filing, and vendor coordination.

Schedule meetings, organize worker site timelines, and handle courier arrangements.

Support management and staff with documentation and safety submissions.

Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers, while managing Accounts Receivable and Payable.

Perform bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and assist with GST, monthly reports, and year-end audits.

Maintain accurate client records and communicate regarding order updates.

Manage employee information, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, leave, attendance, and payroll processes.

Administer Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with government agencies.

Coordinate staff insurance, medical claims, and employee benefits.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

2–3 years of experience in administration, accounting, and HR, ideally within an SME.

Familiarity with Work Pass applications and Singapore employment regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software is an advantage.
