What You’ll Do

Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle, defining hiring strategies, driving pipelines, and closing high-impact hires across all our areas.

Translate business needs into clear hiring plans, aligning with hiring managers on priorities, timelines, and success profiles.

Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques across platforms, networks, and direct outreach.

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint, keeping communication clear, fast, and engaging.

Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring feasibility.

Optimize recruitment processes and tools, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.

Strengthen employer branding by positioning Destinus as a top choice for talent.

Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across all hiring activities, maintaining high standards of integrity and transparency.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

6+ Years of Experience proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or technical environments

Strong ability to manage multiple roles and priorities without losing attention to detail.

Experience hiring for technical profiles such as engineering or operations is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement

Confidence working with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions

Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action

Fluency in English and Dutch or German.
