About the role

Who We Are

We’re a fast-scaling company growing at supersonic speed, with one bold mission: making technology accessible to everyone. No exceptions, no compromises.

We combine cutting-edge technology with expert consulting to help organizations create truly inclusive digital experiences.

Backed by private equity and executing a buy-and-build strategy, we are scaling rapidly across Europe through both organic growth and acquisitions.

By joining our team, you’ll be part of an international company that’s growing fast, values innovation, and is driven by impact.

Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a Finance Business Controller to join our finance team at a defining moment. You will report directly to the CFO and act as their right hand in professionalizing and scaling the finance function: a new ERP (Oracle NetSuite) is being rolled out across the group, our forecasting and reporting infrastructure is being rebuilt, and recent acquisitions are being integrated.

This is a build role first and a business-partnering role as you build. You will help design the processes, models, and reporting cadence the company will run on and as the foundations solidify, you will increasingly act as a strategic partner to commercial, operational, and leadership teams, translating financial insight into smarter decisions.

For an ambitious finance professional, this is rare exposure: direct CFO mentorship, a PE-backed scale-up environment, and the opportunity to shape a finance function rather than inherit one.

What You’ll Do

Help stabilize and accelerate the monthly close in collaboration with the accounting team, building toward a reliable, fast reporting cadence.

Review and monitor revenue performance and key subscription metrics (Gross Adds, Churn, ARPU, NRR).

Act as a business partner to commercial, sales, and operational teams, providing visibility and actionable insights.

Collaborate in building the budgeting and forecasting process for your assigned businesses (KPIs, Revenue, EBITDA, Cashflow), contributing to the group’s first consolidated forecasting model.

Prepare the Monthly Business Review deck with the CFO.

Implement headcount reporting and forecasting to support hiring decisions.

Identify business risks, propose mitigation plans, and set up monitoring tools.

Drive cost awareness and control, tracking synergies during integration of new acquisitions.

Support the group-wide rollout of our new ERP (NetSuite): review processes, identify improvements, and work with centralized finance team and local ones.

Strengthen internal controls around subscription revenue recognition (deferred revenue, multi-year contracts, renewals) in line with accounting standars.

Provide ad hoc financial analysis for the CFO, and collaborate with the Data team on data warehouse validation and the evolution of our BI and reporting stack.

Your First 12 Months

Stabilize and accelerate the monthly close and reporting calendar.

Create and overview controlling processes throughout the business.

Build the first consolidated budgeting and forecasting model for your scope.

Build an insightful Monthly Business Review cadence with the CFO.

Support the NetSuite success implementation and use after the go-live and the consolidation of software tools.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.

5–6 years of experience strictly in controlling or FP&A, ideally including a PE-backed, scale-up, or post-acquisition integration environment.

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; advanced Excel is a given.

Hands-on experience with subscription/SaaS business models or FMCG companies with multiple SKU’s that require deep analysis on customers and cohorts behavior.

Revenue recognition fluency is a must have.

Experience with Oracle NetSuite, or hands-on involvement in a major ERP implementation or migration is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication in English; Italian strongly preferred given the location and team (French or German a plus).

Comfort with data tools (SQL, BI platforms, AI), or a strong appetite to develop it, is a plus.

Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-changing international environment.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

Want to build a finance function, not just operate one you see messy processes as raw material, not obstacles.

Enjoy connecting the dots between operations and financial outcomes.

Have an analytical mindset and stay cool under pressure.

Believe finance is not just about numbers, but about helping the whole company grow smarter.

Accessiway is a European leading company in digital accessibility, focused on making the digital world accessible to everyone.
