Join Epta Group on a fixed-term maternity cover contract (approx. 1 year) and support our finance team in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality financial reporting.

What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play an important role in our day-to-day finance operations:

Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards

Support tax compliance activities (including VAT and local requirements)

Contribute to month-end & year-end closing (journal entries, reconciliations)

Assist in preparing financial reports and basic analyses

Collaborate with local teams and shared service centers

Identify opportunities for process improvements

What We’re Looking For

Italian (native) and English (intermediate level)

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

1-3 years of experience, or fresh graduates with relevant academic background and strong motivation

Basic understanding of:

Accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP is a plus)

VAT / tax fundamentals

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is a plus

Good Excel skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
