The Role

Ardrar Ltd, trading as Bord Gáis Energy, and part of the Centrica Group, is seeking a Project Coordinator with experience in Solar PV installations and TAMS (Targeted Agricultural Modernisation Scheme) grants to support the next phase of transformation as we accelerate our transition to a more sustainable energy future.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of Solar PV installation projects, including TAMS-funded agricultural installations

Guide and support customers, particularly within the agricultural sector, through the TAMS grant application and approval process

Ensure projects meet all SEAI and Department of Agriculture compliance and grant requirements

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules, with close attention to grant-related timelines and deadlines

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on both installation progress and grant status

Collaborate with operations teams, installation crews, and subcontractors to allocate resources effectively

Ensure all teams have the necessary tools, materials, and information to complete installations

Maintain accurate and compliant project documentation, including grant paperwork and supporting records

Identify project and grant-related risks and implement mitigation strategies

Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, particularly across grant administration and Solar PV delivery

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in project coordination or project management roles

Experience in renewable energy, Solar PV, construction, or agricultural projects

Knowledge or experience of TAMS grants (particularly Solar PV under TAMS) is highly desirable

Strong understanding of Solar PV systems and installation processes

Familiarity with SEAI schemes and Irish regulatory requirements

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, particularly with farming clients

Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure

High attention to detail, particularly in compliance and grant documentation

Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Full driver’s licence with willingness to travel occasionally
