What will you do?
Together with our Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll focus on hiring the best talent for WeAreKeen, meaning you’ll actually help recruit your own colleagues. As a Talent Sourcer Working Student, you will be mapping talent markets, conducting market research, building strong pipelines, and reaching out to top candidates. It’s much more than filtering search results; because you genuinely understand the profiles you’re looking for, candidates respond to you, and you naturally build and nurture a meaningful network. We also want to make space for you to bring your ideas to life and take project ownership to make a real impact.

You’ll be a great fit if:
You are a Master’s/Bachelor’s student looking for a part-time gig
You have experience in recruitment, or you are willing to learn
You have strong verbal and written communications skills in English
You're comfortable with reaching out to talent online and love to talk to people
You are eager to learn, proactive and curious. What you don't know is something you will pick up from Google/ChatGPT a day later
You can read between the lines and have a sixth sense for potential
