About the Role

We are looking for a Medior Scrum Master to join our growing Agile and DevOps practice. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional DevOps teams and public sector clients, helping teams embrace Agile principles and continuously improve their ways of working.

As a Scrum Master, you will act as a coach and facilitator rather than a traditional manager, guiding teams through Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will work with long-term customer engagements, primarily within government and public sector environments, supporting multiple Agile teams and helping organizations deliver high-quality IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and support Agile and DevOps teams in Scrum best practices

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions

Help teams improve collaboration, productivity, and Agile maturity

Identify and remove impediments that impact team performance

Promote Agile values, transparency, and continuous improvement

Support Product Owners and stakeholders in maximizing team effectiveness

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

Monitor team performance and drive continuous process improvements

Support multiple Scrum teams when required

Contribute to organizational Agile transformation initiatives

Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term success

Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification or equivalent

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles

Experience coaching Agile and/or DevOps teams

Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working within government or public sector environments

Ability to influence and coach teams without direct authority

Proactive, solution-oriented, and people-focused mindset

Fluent Dutch and English language skills

Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and able to pass government-related security screening requirements
