We are seeking an exceptional SAP Finance Lead to join our growing SAP practice. This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned transformation expert who has driven complex, large-scale SAP Finance implementations end-to-end. You will be the go-to authority on our finance transformation engagements — shaping delivery strategy, guiding clients through change, and building the reputation of our practice in the market.

This role is as much about people as it is about technology. We are building a collaborative, high-trust team, and we expect our Senior Principal to champion that culture from the top.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs across multiple concurrent client engagements

Own the delivery strategy, solution architecture, and quality outcomes for SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations

Serve as the primary trusted advisor to C-suite and senior client stakeholders across complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Drive the adoption of SAP tools including SAP HANA, WalkMe, and Signavio across transformation programs

Nice to have - SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (SAP EPPM) ; Flexible Real Estate Management (SAP RE-FX) ; Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) experience

Define and embed best-practice delivery methodologies, templates, and accelerators across the practice

Mentor and develop senior consultants and principals, building deep capability within the team

Actively contribute to business development — shaping proposals, leading client presentations, and expanding our market presence

Champion a team-first culture, modelling collaborative behaviours and holding peers accountable to shared outcomes

Represent the practice at industry events, forums, and client briefings to strengthen our market reputation

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of hands-on SAP Finance consulting experience, with a proven record of delivering large-scale, complex transformations

Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance — including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling

Strong working knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and its application within finance transformation contexts

Demonstrated experience with WalkMe (digital adoption) and Signavio (process intelligence and mining)

Proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders, resolve delivery conflicts, and navigate ambiguous programme environments

Track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams through full transformation lifecycles — from design and build through to hypercare

Experience working across diverse industries with exposure to highly regulated and complex operating environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex technical and functional concepts for executive audiences

Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to proposal development and solution scoping
